1. Reviewer Guidelines

Reviewers at IJITCE are expected to evaluate manuscripts based on originality, scientific accuracy, and relevance to the field. The review process is double-blind, meaning that both reviewer and author identities are anonymous to ensure impartiality. Reviewers may recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection, and in cases of conflicting feedback, the editor may seek additional opinions. The review period is typically five weeks, with the option for a second review if revisions are extensive. Any language corrections are outside the review scope and may be recommended separately for the author to address​

 

2. Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosures

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, whether financial, institutional, or personal, that could bias their review. If such conflicts exist, reviewers are advised to decline the review assignment. Additionally, IJITCE follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines to address any ethical concerns, such as conflicts of interest, to uphold academic integrity​
