Abstract

The increasing complexity of business operations necessitates intelligent automation solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making. This paper presents an AI-driven Business Process Automation Suite that integrates document classification, workflow optimization, and predictive analytics. Utilizing machine learning algorithms, the system automates repetitive tasks, enhances data accuracy, and facilitates real-time decision-making. The proposed framework leverages Django-based modular development, API integrations, and AI-powered document analysis to optimize workflows. Through a systematic literature review of 21 relevant studies, we analyze various AI-enabled methodologies and their impact on business process automation. Experimental evaluations demonstrate a significant reduction in processing time and increased accuracy in document classification. The findings highlight the potential of AI-driven automation in enhancing business efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall productivity.
