accessibility,efficiency,and patient engagement.This paper presents an overview of
the design,implementation, and potential applications of a medical chatbot system.
The chatbot leverages natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning
algorithms to simulate human conversation, providing users with preliminary medical
advice,symptom checking,and health information.Key features include 24/7
availability, personalized interaction, and integration with electronic health records
(EHR) for more comprehensive care.This technology aims to alleviate the burden on
healthcare professionals by handling routine inquiries and triaging patients,ultimately
contributing to more efficient resource utilization in medical settings.
Additionally,ethical considerations,such as patient privacy and data security,are
addressed to ensure the responsible deployment of such systems.
