Abstract

A worker's well-being and the company's
success are of paramount importance.
Whether in the public or commercial sector,
employee welfare is paramount. Getting to
the bottom of this question will help us
understand whether or not our staff have
access to housing, healthcare, transportation,
and safety measures. R.T.P.P., or the
Rayalaseema Thermal Power Project, was
the site of the welfare research. The study
relied on descriptive research methods. We
used a 100-person sample. The majority of
workers are satisfied with their company's
welfare program, according to this survey.
